Logistic Consulting, Inc. cares about privacy and wants you to know how we collect, use and/or disclose information provided to us by you and third parties. System log

For issues related to the operation and maintenance of the application, this or any other third-party service used may collect a System Log, that is, files that record interactions and that may contain personal data, such as -and not exclusively- the IP address of the user.

Person Responsible for the Custody and owner

When using the service or interacting with it, the user provides us with a series of personal data, as it appears in the form to be completed in the application. The personal data can be provided by the user at its own will or be collected automatically during the use of the application or others that are linked to it. Unless otherwise indicated, the use of cookies -or other means of tracking- by this application or other linked applications or by the owners of third-party services used by these applications is for the purpose of identifying users and recording their preferences, to provide the service requested by the user. It is authorized to transmit the information outside the country of residence. If you use the Service with the credentials of third-party applications, you authorize us to collect your authentication information, such as your username and encrypted access credentials. The user allows the collection of other information that is available in or through their third-party application accounts, such as example, their name, profile picture, country, city of residence, email address, date of birth, and names and profile photos of friends and networks and audiovisual information. Other information such as your mobile phone number and mobile phone service provider, advertisements, third-party applications, other products and services, and details of the queries you have made with date, time, and place may be voluntarily included in your profile. The refusal of the user to provide certain personal data could make it impossible for this application or those linked to it, to provide its services, data generated by the movement, or data generated by the orientation of its mobile sensors (for example, accelerometer or gyroscope). Read-only access to phone status, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of calls in progress, and a list of all phone accounts registered on the device. The user assumes responsibility for the personal data of third parties published or shared through this application and those that are linked to it and declares that he has the consent of said third parties to provide the data to the owner.

Method and place of storage of the data obtained.

The Person Responsible for the Custody of the data will use the data of the users appropriately and will adopt the appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of the same. The data will be stored and collected through computers and/or IT tools, following procedures and organizational modalities strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Person Responsible for the Custody, in some cases certain categories of people in charge related to the operation of the application and the page may access the data (administration, sales, marketing, legal and system administration department, etc.) or third party contractors who provide services to the custodian (such as third-party technical service providers, courier companies, hosting providers, IT companies, agencies of communication) who will be appointed by the owner as guardians, if necessary. An updated list of said persons may be requested from the custodian at any time.

The personal data of the user may be used for the legal defense of the owner of the application, or of the owner of the same, in a trial of any type or administrative claim or the pre-judicial phases before a possible lawsuit derived from abusive use by of the user of this application or its linked or related services. The user is aware that public authorities may require the holder to disclose personal data.

Rights of data owners

The holders to whom the personal data refer have the right to obtain confirmation at any time that they have been stored by the Person Responsible for the Custody, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy, or request that they are completed, canceled, updated or rectified, to be anonymized or to block those personal data that are being processed in contravention of the laws, as well as to oppose their treatment for any legitimate reason. Requests must be sent to the custodian using the contact information indicated above. This app does not allow "Do Not Track" requests. To determine whether any of the third-party services you use accept "Do Not Track" requests, please review their privacy policies.

Modification of the privacy policy

The Person Responsible for the Custody reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time by notifying users through this page. It is strongly recommended that you review this page frequently, referring to the date of the last modification indicated at the bottom. In the event that a user disagrees with any of the modifications made to this policy, the user must stop using these applications and may request the Person Responsible for the Custody to delete the personal data from it. Unless otherwise indicated, the privacy policy in force at any given time will apply to all personal data that the Person Responsible for the Custody has collected until then.
